Ingredients:
- Pork - 1/2 kg
- Black sesame seed - 5tbsp (paste)
- Onion - 1 no. ( finely chopped)
- Ginger paste -1 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp
- 2 whole green chili
- Mustard oil - 3 tbsp
- Water -1/2 cup
- Salt
Method:
Cut the pork into cubes. Clean it with cold water and boil the pork meat along with salt in a pressure cooker.Boil the pork until soft, drain and keep aside.
Heat the mustard oil in a Kerahi . Add onion , ginger paste , garlic paste and green chili and stir till it light brown. Then add boil pork and salt and keep stirring for 7-8 minutes. Now add the sesame seeds paste and fry well and cover at low for 5 minutes. Remove from fire when the gravy is thick.
Serve hot with Rice.
