How to Clear Unwanted Items From Add And Remove

Warning
I recommend to backup your registry (know how to do it here) or make sure that you have a restore point.

1. Go to the Start menu (windows xp & 7) and Click Run & type regedit.
2. Registry Editor will open.
3. Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Windows > CurrentVersion > Uninstal
   
   
   
4. Now delete any unwanted subkeys under Uninstall

Remember delete subkeys only. Otherwise your install program may be corrupt.
